THE BEGINNING
My first step into baking was a small birthday cake for my son. Although it turned out far from perfect, creating it was both very enjoyable and calming. Since then, baking has been my number one hobby.
FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS
While I enjoy baking various treats for special occasions such as birthday, Easter, Halloween, Christmas and some traditional events back in my country, I found working with royal icing the most intriguing.
THE CHALLENGE
During pandemic, I discovered my passion for sugar art and decided to take up a big challenge. I entered a contest for the first time. The experience was so inspiring and it motivated me to explore more variety of techniques and unique cookie making.
